Refund policy.

If a script doesn't do what we said it would, you get your money back. Here's exactly how that works.

When you'll get a refund

We'll refund a paid script if:

  • it doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within a reasonable time after you report the problem
  • it's materially different from its listing, such as missing a feature the description promised
  • you were charged but never got access to it in your library
  • you were charged twice for the same script

When you won't

Because every script is delivered as full source code the moment you pay, it can't be returned the way a physical product can. So we don't offer refunds for:

  • changing your mind after buying
  • buying something that works as described but turned out not to be what you needed (the listing and description are there to help you decide first)
  • problems caused by modifying the code, or by conflicts with other resources you've installed

If you're not sure a script will suit your setup, email us before you buy. We'd much rather answer a question than process a refund.

Your consumer rights come first

This policy sits alongside your rights under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. It doesn't replace or reduce them. If a product fails a guarantee those laws give you, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of anything written above.

How to ask for one

  • Email support@venscripts.dev with the email address on your account, which script it is, and what's going wrong. Screenshots or error messages help us fix it fast, often faster than a refund would arrive.
  • You can also request a refund through Link support, since Link processes our payments. Link can review refund requests for up to 60 days after purchase.

What happens after a refund

  • The money goes back to your original payment method, including any tax you paid. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
  • The script is removed from your library and can no longer be downloaded. A refund means you're no longer licensed to use it, so please delete any copies you've made. See the terms.
  • If we agree a partial refund, as a discount for a problem that didn't stop the script working, you keep the script.

Free scripts

Free scripts cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. But if one isn't working, still tell us. We'll fix it.

Questions about any of this? Email support@venscripts.dev and you'll hear back from the developer, not a support desk.
