Who you're buying from
Vendetta Scripts (venscripts.dev) is run by an independent developer. You can reach us at support@venscripts.dev.
Payments are processed by Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Link is the seller on your receipt and card statement (it appears as LINK.COM* VENSCRIPTS.DEV), and it handles tax, receipts and payment support. The scripts themselves, and support for them, come from us.
What you're buying
Each paid script is a digital download of source code for use in FiveM, Roblox or Counter-Strike 2 projects. After payment it appears in your library, where you can download it whenever you need to. You need an account to buy, so the purchase has somewhere to live.
Scripts are tools for people building and running their own games and servers. They are not cheats, exploits or mods for games you don't operate.
Prices, tax and currency
- Prices are listed in US dollars and include any applicable tax. The price you see is the price you pay.
- At checkout you may be shown the price in your local currency. Link converts it; your bank may add its own foreign-exchange fees.
- We may change prices for future purchases. That never affects anything you've already bought.
Your licence
Buying a script gives you a non-exclusive, permanent licence to use it. In plain terms:
You can
- use it in any game or server that you own or operate
- read, modify and extend the code however you like
- ship it inside your game or server, including ones that make money
You can't
- resell, share, upload or give away the source code, modified or not
- publish it as your own resource or package it into something you sell to other developers
- post it to leak sites, Discord servers or public repositories
The licence is for you, or the one team or community you run it for. If you break these terms we may close your account and remove your access to future downloads and updates.
Free scripts are published separately on GitHub and are covered by the licence in that repository, not by this section.
Updates and support
Updates to a script you've bought are free and appear in your library automatically, for as long as we continue to offer that script. We aren't obliged to release updates on any particular schedule, and we may eventually retire a script. If we do, you keep the version you already have.
Support comes directly from the developer, by email, on a reasonable-efforts basis. We can help you install and configure a script; we can't take on custom development through support.
Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: if a script doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, you get your money back. If you receive a refund, access to that script is removed from your library.
Games and platforms we don't control
Vendetta Scripts is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Valve Corporation, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Roblox, FiveM, Counter-Strike and related names are trademarks of their owners.
You're responsible for using scripts in line with the rules of the platform you run them on. Platforms change their APIs, and while we aim to keep scripts working, an update on their side can break compatibility until we release a fix.
Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, and some of those guarantees can't be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost game data. Please test scripts on a development server before putting them into a live one.
Accounts
Keep your login details to yourself, as you're responsible for activity on your account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to make the purchase or agree to it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought a script continues to govern that purchase.
